KI Vacuum Tray Drier Designed to accommodate 48 Trays (3 Trays/Shelf)

Construction Details:

CHAMBER: The chamber is made from 6mm thick plate, SS 316 with rounded corners. All the joints are Argon welded and smooth finished. Reinforcement on the end is done with square bars 45mm x 45mm for chamber.

DOOR: Made from 6mm thick SS 316 sheet with rounded corners. All the joints are Argon welded and smooth finished. Reinforcement on open end is done with SS 304 with 40mm x 40mm Square bars. The door flange has grove to accommodate silicon rubber gasket of Food Grade Quality rubber of size 16mm x 16m Door hinges are specially formed from SS 304 rods and flats.

REINFORCEMENT: Outside chamber is reinforced with MS Channels of 100mm x 50mm Cladded with SS 304 Sheet.

HEATING SHELVES: Hallow heating shelf are made from SS 316 Sheet with 3mm thickness. Welded all around 16mm thick mild steel baffles are provided for uniform flow of heating media to ensure uniform heating. The shelves are fitted on 40mm x 20mm SS 316 Rectangle Pipe. Sufficient space is left between shelves and inner surface chamber for easy cleaning.

HEADERS: Inlet and outlet headers are fitted outside the chamber. Headers are made from SS 304 pipe and unions.

INSTRUMENTATION: Following instruments / control panel accessories will be provided. 100mm dia, light ad sight glass will be provided 100m dia WAE make dial type vacuum gauge will be provided. 150mm dia vacuum connection pipe will be provided Duel type Temp. flp digital indicator will be provided. ¾” SS304 Ball valve for drain connection ½” SS304 Needle valve for vacuum release ½” SS304 Ball valve for Nitrogen purging.

INSULATION: Providing 75mm thickness insulation all around the drier except door. The entire drier will be cladded with 1.2mm thickness SS304 sheet buffed and mirror polished.

RECEIVER: 120 Ltrs. Receiver made from SS 316 Sheet (3mm) thick.

CONDENSOR: 2.0M2 condenser made from SS 304 Sheet and SS 316 Pipes.
