Rotary Semi Automatic Lami Tube Filling & Sealing KIRTF-I

KANDULA Industries Rotary Semi-Automatic Lami Tube filling and sealing machine is a versatile machine capable of filling the lami / plastic tubes. The Machine is available with single head option. The single head option has 10 / 12 stations when Lami tubes are being filled, pneumatic controls for sealing and cutting come into operation. The Lami Tube Hot Air blowing Tool set is fabricated as per tube size.

  • Supplied with SS 316 quality filling syringe pump capacity 10Gms to 100gms.
  • Minimum fill volume 10gms.

  • Pneumatic operation with controls used for lami tubes sealing.
  • Lester heater provided
  • Pneumatic controls cutting of Lami tube.
  • All pneumatic parts of good quality (Festo / Janatics).
  • Tube lifter for tubes.
  • Hot air blower tools fabricated as per tube size.
  • Hot air heating, hot air blower mounted on SS brackets.
  • Digital temperature controller provided for hot air blower.
  • Cutter for trimming excess materials.
  • Sealing jaws having provision for batch printing alpha numeric characters.
  • No tube no fill system provided. One set nylon socket (12 no’s) for tubes as per required

  • Automatic ejection of filled tubes.
  • Drive 1HP 3 phase motor 1440RPM through 30:1 gear box
  • Provided with electrical panel box.
  • All sides of machine frame covered with SS 304 quality stainless steel sheet.
